A 36yo female presented with lower abdominal pain for one day. She was found to be hCG positive, with diffuse lower abdominal tenderness. A bedside US was performed and demonstrated the following:
The patient has free fluid in the pelvis, and the fallopian tube and fimbriae can be easily identified. The patient was admitted for presumed ruptured ectopic, as no intrauterine pregnancy was visualized.
